Privacy Policy

We are a security company, so we hold ourselves to the standard we advise: collect almost nothing, say exactly what happens to it, and make it easy to have it deleted.

No cookies No analytics or tracking No ads

Who is responsible

SyberDigitals, registered in the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions, requests, or complaints: [email protected].

What we collect, and why

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organization, the topic you pick, and your message. We use it for one purpose — to reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes one, to prepare a proposal or contract.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The site sets no cookies in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and abuse prevention; these stay with the provider under its own retention rules.

Who processes it

To deliver your form message to our inbox, we use Formspree (form delivery), which processes the fields you submit on our behalf. Our email and hosting providers process the message and delivery logs as part of their services. If you book a call through our scheduling page, that booking is handled by the scheduling provider under its own privacy policy. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up engagement — deleted when the conversation is clearly over, or retained where Dutch tax or accounting law requires it. Nothing else is stored.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, carries a strict Content-Security-Policy, and stores nothing on our servers — messages go straight to a mailbox with restricted access. See our security.txt for how to report a security issue.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date below.
